Room reservation’s procedure
Rates and promotions are on an occupancy available basis. Reservation requests must include: client(s) name, room category, rate, arrival and departure dates and if available arrival time. Bookings will be made directly with the Hotel, writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All individual’s stay must be guaranteed by a credit card at the moment of reservation. The card will be charged at the moment of check-in. Extras and eventually additional services will be charged at the moment of check-out.
Notice for the cancellation of booking must be sent directly to email@example.com.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. For cancellations within 6 days before arrival, the guest will be charged for the first night. Cancellation Policy for no show in a one-night charge.
Reduction of length of stay
For any shortening in the length of stay will automatically incur a one-night credit only and that after third day otherwise full charge.
Exceptions can be made only in case of emergency need such as accidents, death, sickness or similar.
Small Groups Cancellation Policy
For small group reservations (more than 5 rooms for more than 3 nights) guests will be charged at the moment of reservation the 30% of their stay, and this amount will be considered not refundable.
They will pay the remaining amount upon check-out. Notice for the cancellation of booking must be sent directly to the following e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation Policy for no show is 30% of their stay.
